We are looking for a Key Account Planning Manager to support one of our key accounts, focussing on merchandising and planning ensuring constant monitoring of our performance across all fascia's and channels (B&M and Digital).

What you can expect:

Commercial Management
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure that product is allocated as planned & NOS product is planned and ordered by our key account as needed
  • Connect with the key account to ensure HUGO BOSS are represented online to the highest standard (correct segmentation, proper assortment etc)
  • Share bestselling product information to ensure key product is focused on and opportunities are not missed
  • Influence budget and sales plan for the group with a short, medium, and long term mindset
  • Drive perimeter business to achieve and exceed aims and KPIs (turnover, product access, distribution, and key category drives)
  • Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback of product, budgets, stock, product enhancement, costs of goods, opportunities and challenges
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across all departments to ensure best performance
  • Work alongside brand divisions and the key account's commercial team on seasonal product assortment creation


Data Analytics
  • Manage and carry out weekly reporting on performance, deliveries and accountancy to drive the business forward
  • Maintain a schedule of consistent communication and regular trade meetings, in order to review current performance and identify areas for improvement and opportunity
  • Focus on sell-out accompaniment by improving VM standards, time to market, stock management, replenishment, e-commerce representation
  • Build and maintain top-to-top relationships with the key account to better understand their business priorities, and deliver solutions that build customer loyalty while driving sell-through and protecting margin
  • Embrace and manage challenging client issues and channel conflict through a relentless 'consumer-first' approach recorded within the group tracker
  • Provide senior management with updates on partnership - strategic and daily topics
  • Ensuring correct data is applied into the key account system through UPC codes and orderbook management


Marketing Focus
  • Set up seasonal focuses within the planned calendar presented by the key account
  • Communicate with the key account's websites and utilise enriched content to boost conversion whilst ensuring a premium identity


Development Plan and Future Insights
  • Create and maintain a group tracker to present to Division head of the key account monthly which covers topics across all aspects of the business
  • Work with the key account team on new store projects across multiple fascia where applicable
  • Responsible for the planning for the whole of the key account's Distribution, including European countries
  • Brief in special projects, SMU exclusives and new category development to the sales team to implement with brand management.


Your profile:

  • Proven experience as a direct contact to a branded key account manager
  • Strong experience of product merchandising, assortment building and planning. In addition to previous experience of range segmentation and marketplace management
  • Previous experience working within fashion, wholesale or retail across multiple departments
  • Highly analytical and data driven with a strong understanding of impact, results and opportunities
  • Results oriented mindset, excellent communication skills and strong customer satisfaction focus
  • Advanced Excel skills
