Sales Representative PL/AT (m/f/x)

Responsibilities:

Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service in Poland and Austria as well as in other EE countries Recommend and present items that meet customer needs Proactive support of the sales process through number-based order preparation Complaint handling as well as preparation and build-up of collections Close cooperation with our entire SELECTED team Collection presentation, order entry, preparation and follow-up Preparation of key sales figures, statistics and analyses

Qualifications:

Completed commercial training / high school diploma, a business degree is also welcome Experience in sales or retail High analytical skills and knowledge of data processing Ambitious and communicative sales personality with a keen interest in fashion sales and the latest trends Proactive and goal-oriented working style Good and orderly planning skills, organization and organization Ability to work in a team, reliability and punctuality Affinity for numbers, entrepreneurial thinking and customer-oriented way of working High willingness for longer trips to Eastern Europe, driving license class B must be available Confident handling of Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint Good knowledge of written and spoken English as well as Polish
