Overview

The Global Talent Acquisition Intern will be immersed into 3 functions within our center of excellence: Operations, Early Careers and Executive Recruitment. During the internship you will be exposed to Talent Acquisition strategic planning, recruitment training, university relations, sourcing and recruitment marketing. You will learn from Human Resource leaders, Recruiters, Coordinators, business leaders and cross-functional partners as you participate in various projects throughout your internship.

This position is a hybrid role that is based out of our New York City office. Internship program begins June 3, 2024 and ends August 9, 2024.

Accountabilities

Global Talent Acquisition Operations
  • Gain an understanding of Talent Acquisition strategies to ensure an efficient, inclusive, and positive candidate, recruiter and hiring manager experience.
  • Partner with GTA Manager and team(s) to implement process and training elements of our diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy within Talent Acquisition.
  • Introduction to recruitment marketing and employer branding, including creating recruitment marketing briefs, identifying opportunities for talent and brand connections, updating Company pages (internal and external)

Early Careers
  • Partner with Early Careers Manager for internal and external internship and university events - including planning and execution.
  • Create strategic recruitment plan for Fall 2024 utilizing insights from 2023-2024 Early Careers strategy and partnerships.

Executive Recruitment
  • Partner with Executive Recruitment Manager to understand recruitment mapping, sourcing and networking for Director and above roles.

Develop sourcing skills and candidate outreach.

Required Qualifications
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition/recruitment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Demonstrates attention to detail
  • Ability to ideate and problem solve
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous HR or Talent Acquisition experience via courses, internships, or other work.
  • Rising Senior or recent graduate.


The pay rate for this position is $25.00/hr.
