HR, Learning & Development Internship

We are looking for an engaged and passionate Learning & Development Intern who can join our WW People & Organization Team in our Global HQ in Milan.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

You will be responsible for supporting the design and delivery of training and development solutions. This role involves contributing to various learning and development initiatives within the organization.

• Supporting Learning Initiatives: Assisting in the development and coordination of learning programs, workshops, and training sessions to enhance employee skills. This involves collaborating with the Learning & Development team and providing logistical support
• Creating and Maintaining Training Materials: Contributing to the creation and upkeep of -training materials such as presentations, modules, and resources. Researching relevant content and updating existing materials to reflect best practices
• Managing and Monitoring Communication Channels: Overseeing communication across different contact channels, including the learning experience platform, email, and open chats
• Training Hours: Monitoring and keeping a record of training hours for all programs managed by the Learning & Development team
• Support in Training Plan Management: Assisting in the management of training plans for interprofessional training funds, such as Fondimpresa and Fondirigenti
