Job Description

We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager UK who will report to the Head of UK HR Shared Services based in London. The TA Manager is responsible for recruitment across retail and corporate functions, supporting the luxury brands within the Kering Division in the UK.

Your Opportunity

You will be an operational recruitment expert who will provide recruitment services, guidance and advice on all subjects related to talent acquisition, internal mobility and recruitment of ad hoc projects. Working closely with the HR Shared Service team and luxury brands of Kering to support their people strategy and priorities. The focus of work will be across the entire recruitment process for retail and corporate recruitment, leading and developing one direct report.

How you will contribute

  • Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition shared service function and the recruitment team
  • Influence, coach and motivate through positive engagement and employee learning and development
  • Responsible for all recruitment across all retail and corporate departments in the UK
  • Establish strong relationships with brand stakeholders and line managers in order to understand current and future talent needs
  • Ability to manage the individual needs and requirements of the Kering brands appropriately
  • Define job descriptions, candidate profiles and ensure compliance with UK recruitment legislation
  • Actively champion the promotion of a positive candidate experience throughout the end-to-end recruitment journey
  • Track Talent Team performance against key KPIs and SLAs
  • Promote internal mobility and Kering's referral scheme in the UK
  • Establishes strong working relationships with both retail and corporate management teams, being visible as well as being approachable and available to all hiring managers to support with assessment centres and interviews
  • Provide interview skills training to appropriate UK stakeholder and management population
  • Clearly and transparently communicate at all times, providing regular updates and information to the brand management teams, the Kering HR team and the Head Office stakeholders
  • Responsible for recruitment KPI's, Workday ATS identifying all system upgrades and enhancements
  • Supports Kering Head Office with global ad hoc projects when required
  • Manage relationships and development of services with Talent vendors, reviewing as and where appropriate


Who you are

  • Bachelor's Degree and training/experience of Talent Acquisition within Human Resources in a similar industry
  • Knowledge of and experience in high volume retail recruitment and recruitment legislation in the UK
  • Team management experience
  • Excellent network and relationships with other HR professionals, recruitment agencies, schools & universities on the topics of recruitment, talent pipelines and candidate pools
  • Project management and prioritisation skills. Willingness to support all aspects of the Kering UK HR strategy and HR initiatives to get the job done, with a solutions orientated attitude
  • Great team spirit to foster positive culture across the wider Shared Service team
  • Clear and precise team manager with strong communication skills
  • Strong ability to work independently and to be proactive, identifying new recruitment tools & technologies
  • Collaborative and flexible to work in groups, or independently with strong interpersonal skills
  • Professional working experience either, in house or recruitment agency background
  • Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders across a number of disciplines
  • Familiarity of with working with multiple brands and conflicting priorities
