JOB PURPOSE

Burberry is looking for an experienced Compliance Governance Specialist to join the team. You will join as key member to the Payroll Function acting as governance lead and SME across the EMEIA Payroll.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop process controls and ways of working which promote timely and accurate delivery of data to suppliers and in the business
• Act as focal point for advice and compliance on data protection
• Control access levels to payroll data and reporting
• Act as governance control on procedures and practices across EMEIA
• Assist with the provision of data in audits
• You will show innovation in helping to implement improvements across the team

PERSONAL PROFILE

• Desire to develop in a growing role and to understand payroll operations across a number of Burberry markets
• Experience within a relevant control or payroll/HR environment
• Effective governance standards
• Solution focused outlook using continuous improvement approach to working practices
