Naked Wolfe have an exciting opportunity for a Content & Social Media Coordinator to join our brand located at our HQ in London.

The ideal Content & Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for developing creative and compelling content as well as driving brand growth and customer acquisition through various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful Content & Social Media Coordinator will:

  • Produce and deliver engaging and unique social media campaigns to drive customer acquisition/retention
  • Create engaging content to grow the brand and promote products
  • Write, schedule, and optimise daily social media posts across multiple platforms and create diverse and engaging visual content, consisting of photography, short videos, and graphics.
  • Assist in creating and implementing paid and organic social media campaigns
  • Work alongside and support relevant team members within PR, Marketing and Sales to ensure consistent social media coverage and brand management across all platforms
  • Act as a liaison point for all social media related customer enquiries
  • Learn the brand and develop a deep understanding of the brand and products
  • Organise, choreograph and direct photo & video opportunities
  • Keep informed of competitor 360 content and social media activity and adjust plans accordingly

 

Education:

  • The ideal Content & Social Media Coordinator will be degree educated and ideally come from a luxury footwear, luxury clothing or luxury accessories background

 

Experience:

  • 2-3 years min digital marketing experience
  • Experience working in a D2C marketing environment
  • A strong creative streak with excellent content writing skills
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in content creation, including photography, videography, reels, gifs, and graphics
  • Competency in Photoshop/Illustrator and basic video editing skills (Adobe Premiere and After Effects)
  • Excellent understanding of various marketing and social media platforms
  • Commercially minded
  • Solid IT skills across MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Results orientated person, who is enthusiastic and a strong team player
