This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because:
You are passionate about supporting regional teams with the development and execution of our Regional Digital messaging across all digital platforms- site, email, and digital marketing. You enjoy working closely with the Global Integrated Marketing team, and Regional teams, and providing strategic support in determining the regionalization of the digital customer experience. Working in partnership with the Regional teams, this position will provide the Regions with Key Global Marketing messages, determine local nuance, build the end-to-end customer seasonal digital experience and work closely with the Creative team in the timely deliverable of digital tactics.

A Day in the Life:

The typical day is... atypical. You might be providing the Regional teams with global digital best practices by channel, benchmarks and learnings to help determine and inform the regional digital customer experience. As well as partnering closely with Integrated Marketing and Creative Operations to ensure regional digital programming needs are fully captured and operationalized at annual and seasonal planning milestones. It will be important to foster collaborative relationships with Regional and cross functional stakeholders to ensure alignment of regional digital programming plans and needs. The consistent thread is that you'll be working with an amazing team of women and men who share your passion for excellence.

To Land This Role:

• 5+ years in Integrated Marketing with solid knowledge of digital platforms and the consumer journey
• Experience in global/international management preferable
• Experience in Fashion or Luxury, or similar lifestyle consumer industry
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Excellent communication skills and proven track record of working cross-functionally

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 95,000.00 USD - 125,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
