We make cool stuff. Join us for this 1 year contract at either our London or Gothenburg offices as our newest fellow footwear nerd and support end to end the creative to boxed and ready to bring to our customers lovely feet process.

Our team is a mix of ready to wear and footwear professionals across our three European offices in Portugal, England & Sweden. Reporting to the Head of Sourcing and production, this particular role is focused solely on footwear.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

In this proactive and cross-functional role, you ensure quality and correct expectations/product when producing a new factory, new silhouette, new upper, or new material (mix). You will also: 

-Be the go-to person for Sourcing & Production department for product-related questions, such as where suitability of product at a factory, production and quality issues etc.

-Have the possibility of travelling to production (markets) when new productions are started, when quality issues within production appear, train local organization/resources etc.

-Be involved throughout the entire critical path to understand new developments, to ensure correct and smooth production, review potential new factories, materials, production markets etc.

-Ensure knowledge of new products

-Seamless communication, adherence to critical path, and respect for all interconnected teams. Preparation and management of all documentation ahead of on time hand off.

-Regular monitoring and reporting back on outcomes of the responsibilities above with recommendations for further improvements.

ARE YOU THE ONE?

This is a role for someone with experience in one or two brands with a focus on footwear and ideally within either or both sourcing/production. You who have worked with tier 1 and tier 2 suppliers. The ideal new specialist should also be able to work with and towards KPI's such as margin, sustainability, lead time/delivery precision and quality.

In this recruitment, the individual’s personality and adaptive mindset is key. You lead with passion and integrity and the fashion industry is where you really want to be.

Our company language is English and as this role is in contact with external partners, English fluency is a requirement. Travel is also expected and required when needed.
