We are looking for a new team player who enjoys making an impact and driving things forward in a dynamic, international environment. A highly motivated team of experts, with flat hierarchies and of course a lot of fun at work, is looking forward to having you!

What you can expect:

• Supervision of operational / strategic issues and planning of HUGO BOSS Gross Margin in relation to collection development.
• Optimization of collection size in close collaboration with Creative & Brand responsible parties.
• Optimization of global price positioning, taking into account the brand environment.
• Preparation of recommendations for top management.
• Further development of existing controlling instruments, especially within the framework of digitalization.

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling, Business Informatics, Statistics, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience.
• Hands-on mentality, as well as implementation strength and willingness to change.
• Creativity in approaching complex issues and strong analytical skills.
• Fluent in English and strong communication skills.
